Taking a course at Lorenzo de’ Medici Cooking School is a unique experience both for the professionalism of the didactic offering and the prestigious venue in which courses take place, the Mercato Centrale in Turin, putting course participants in direct contact with the market’s top-quality culinary ingredients and food producers, true “artisans of taste” and an endless source of culinary inspiration.
All courses at Lorenzo de’ Medici Cooking School are taught by professional chefs in state-of-the-art, air conditioned kitchens designed by Arclinea and equipped with high-performance appliances by Franke.
Eight workstations (for two people each) provide the most cutting-edge tools and appliances, including magnetic induction cooktops, tablets to watch the chef’s preparations in real time, and a complete roster of kitchen utensils and appliances.
Each course begins with a focus to quality products, learning the production and their nutritional aspects. Culinary culture and the high professionalism of our chefs ensure a complete learning experience behind the burner.
Participants can follow every step of the preparation of a recipe, from the food design on the plate to the final tasting, which takes place at the chef’s table in a relaxed atmosphere with other participants of the course, with each person discussing and commenting on the final results.

For courses scheduled at lunch time, in the afternoon and for those for which more complex preparations are expected (eg pizza and pastry making), the deadline to register for the course/s is at 6pm (18:00) the day before the date of the chosen course/s.
For evening classes, the deadline to register is at 1pm (13.00) on the same day as the chosen course/s.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not reached for each specific course, the course in question will be canceled and clients registered in that course will be offered a full refund.
